Adult Day Health Care

Senior Care is a licensed adult day program that allows seniors to maintain their independence in the community and offers caregivers welcome respite.

April 2008 Adult Day Health Care Calendar

Our services include:

• Door-to-door escorted transportation.
• A licensed multidisciplinary staff with registered nurses and social workers.
• Stimulating and therapeutic activities, tailored to each client’s interests and functioning level. Activities include arts and crafts, Tai Chi, games, musical entertainment, movies, devotional services, a walking club, and social outings.
• Daily ‘health-smart’ hot lunch, morning and afternoon snacks.
• The ‘Wander Alert’ system provides both freedom and security for Alzheimer’s clients.
• On-site beauty salon, barber shop, and shower.

Hours & Admission: Open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with program hours from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Clients may attend two to five days a week.

Fees: We accept private pay, insurance, and Medicaid. Financial assistance is available based
on individual circumstances.
